About Haven Reflexology

Hello,

My name is Sara Rebeca Hughes. (PRM, CRM5).

​

I am a qualified Level 5 clinical reflexologist, based in Cardiff.

​

I studied at InSpira Academy of Reflexology in Cardiff where I received

a distinction in the Centralia Level 5 Reflexology Diploma Mastership.

​

I am accredited with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. (CNHC) which was set up by th. See registration details at www.cnhc.org.uk.

​

Level 5 is currently the highest qualification for reflexology in the UK.

​

I work from home. However, if you find travel difficult I can do home

visits within the Cardiff area for a small travel fee.

​

I would be happy to discuss reflexology therapy with you and explain

how I may assist you in improving your health and well being.
