You will be asked to fill out a health and wellbeing questionnaire. We can fill it out together or you can download it, print it out and bring it with you. See questionnaire page.

Duration of treatments:
Treatment length is normally 60 minutes. However, depending on the treatment being provided, they can be 30, 45 or 50 minutes. Please check the fees page for more details.
The first treatment is 90, which includes the free consultation.
