Benenden. They will cover 100% of claims up to £350 per year, depending on the cover.

BHSF. They cover reflexology for all levels of their plans. It will reimburse 50-75% of claims up to £750 per year, depending on the level of plan.

UK Healthcare. Via a GP referral, which is permissible to practitioners on accredited registers such as CNHC.
