I can help.

It is important to remember that reflexologists are not doctors. If you have a condition you are concerned about, your first visit should be to your general practitioner. Where necessary, and if you haven't already done so, I will always recommend you to see your G.P.

However, reflexology is very effective in alleviating many conditions.

Reflexology is a non-invasive, holistic complementary therapy. Clients remain clothed throughout, except for their shoes and socks.

Reflexology is very relaxing, which is a much underrated and vitally important part of our health and wellbeing.

But clinical reflexology is much more than relaxation!
The therapy is specifically tailored to you and your health needs.

Reflexology is an ancient practice going back to Egypt and China. It has now though, evolved to an up to date professional clinical therapy.

Velindre cancer care hospital in Cardiff has a permanent complementary team which includes reflexology. This demonstrates the confidence that the N.H.S. has in the effectiveness of the therapy.

If foot reflex is not for you, you may prefer facial or hand reflexology instead.

I studied facial reflexology, and Zone Face Lift therapy under the acclaimed Ziggy Bergman in London. Facial reflexology is an extremely gentle and relaxing therapy, but very effective for conditions such as migraines, sinusitis, headaches and bells palsy.

I am also a qualified Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) practitioner, studying with the award winning Sally Kay's. This measurable therapy is VERY effective for those post breast cancer patients who sometimes have debilitating lymphoedema.

RLD, and general reflexology, is also effective in alleviating other inflammatory auto-immune conditions, including arthritis, M.E. and M.S.

Reflexology is effective in alleviating conditions that may occur during pregnancy, and promoting the right environment for fertility, often recommended by midwifes.

I am qualified in
Orthopody therapy. This fascinating therapy works with the muscular-skeletal system and fascia to help alleviate sports and physical injuries, and chronic pain such as back pain, (following traditional medical intervention).

Reflexology is particularly effective in helping relieve insomniastress, anxiety and depression, and constipation issues.

It is also beneficial to palliative care patients.

Feel free to contact me for a free 30 minute confidential consultation.
